As an independent contractor on the Hux platform it’s up to you to deliver high quality cleanings and amazing customer service.

Stay for the entire duration of a job
You may never work for a Hux customer outside of the Hux platform
Follow the checklist during each service
- You must maintain at least a 4 star rating
If an appointment is cancelled you automatically receive a cancellation review. Each review results in a 1 star rating which will effect your overall rating. Cancellations are permanently displayed on your Hux page and cannot be removed unless proven an emergency.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with making the customer happy
• Exceeding 3 cancellations in a month (days in advance or last minute) may result in removal.
• Criminal activity will result in permanent removal from the platform and notification of the police
• Never talk on the phone, smoke or bring a guest to a client’s home (this includes your children) • Never harass a client
• If you have a client's key, make sure you lock up when you leave and return the key
• If you damage something let your customer and support know immediately and always check with your customer before you trash items that are NOT already in the trash can
• Contact support if you need more time at an appointment or have an emergency
• Never ask a customer for supplies
• Be polite: rudeness will result in immediate removal from the platform
