It is extremely important to represent yourself, and your cleaning business through Hux, in a manner that you would be proud of. In order to do so, we recommend that you:
- Communicate like a professional. Be sure to inform the customer of any issues or concerns you have. If you are running late, communicate that to the customer along with your estimated arrival time. If you clean an area but are not able to completely remove the stains, tell that to the customer. Let them know the methods you have already used to clean the area and open yourself up to suggestions if they have any.
- Dress to impress. Wear an outfit that represents you and your business. Our top providers often wear khakis with a polo shirt and clean indoor-only shoes.
- Have a positive attitude. Maintain a warm and friendly attitude from start to finish.
- Be respectful of the customer's home. Do not complain to the customer about their home's condition, smoke in their home, play loud music or take phone calls unless it's an emergency.
