Your lead time is how much time in advance you need before a customer can book you. Having a shorter lead time increases the number of appointments you have in a week because customers are able to book next-day or same-day appointments.
To change your lead time:
- Log in to your account and select "Services"
- Choose the service you'd like to update the lead time for.
- If you have multiple services you'll need to repeat these steps for all the services you have
- Scroll down to "Lead Time" then select the time you'd like and save the change.
