On the Hux platform, you are not getting an appointment request that you can accept or decline. Instead, a real customer is scheduling an appointment with you based on your availability. If you have open availability you can get booked by a customer for an appointment.
Once you are booked, you will get an email and text message notification. You can view all your upcoming appointments by following the link in the email or text.
On the day of the appointment, your responsibility is to select 'on my way' before you leave to notify the customer you are heading to the address, 'check in' once you've arrived and 'check out' once you've finished the job.
Completing all three steps is also what triggers the payment processing. You are paid after each appointment is complete.
