Customer cancellations more than 48 hours before the service are free.
Customer cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $25 cancellation fee that is sent to the service provider.
If you are unable to make an appointment please cancel the appointment in advance. If the service provider arrives and is unable to complete the service a $50 customer no show fee will be charged.
If you feel you were unfairly charged a cancellation fee or had an emergency please contact us, at support@hux.com. within 48 hours of the appointment and we will do our best to assist with credit or a refund.
