Things happen, we understand. If you cancel your appointment online at least 48 hours before the service, it's free of charge. Anything within 48 hours will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Per our Customer No-Show Policy, you will be charged $50 if your Hux cleaner shows up to your appointment and cannot clean for reasons such as lack of communication, improper cleaning details (wrong address, no parking, etc.), change of mind, etc. This policy is only to protect cleaners on our platform because they are booked in advance. A "no-show" on your part prevents them from cleaning another customer's home.
