If you cannot make it to an appointment, please cancel it as far in advance as possible. Cancelling an appointment within 48 hrs will result in a 1-star review. If your cancellation was due to an emergency please provide documentation.
Prior to canceling, reach out to the customer to see if you can rescheudling the appointment instead.
- Login to your Hux account and go to the appointment you need to cancel.
- Click "Support"
- Click "Cancel Appointment"
Once you've canceled the appointment, be sure to update your availability. Canceling an appointment will leave your availability open for new appointments unless you mark yourself as not available.
