Prior to canceling, reach out to the customer to see if you can reschedule the appointment instead. If not, please cancel it as far in advance as possible.
- Login to your Hux account and go to the appointment you need to cancel
- Select "Support"
- Select "Cancel Appointment" and confirm
Once you've canceled the appointment, be sure to update your availability. Canceling an appointment will leave your availability open for new appointments unless you mark yourself as not available.
