I'm having car trouble, what do I do?

If you are unable to make it to an appointment due to car trouble:

  1. Call customer to apologize and ask them if the cleaning is an emergency. If it isn't and emergency reschedule the appointment online. If it's an emergency contact support@hux.com.
  2. Cancel the appointment online
  3. Contact support at support@hux.com and explain the situation. Please provider pictures of damage or receipt of repair.
You will be temporarily removed from the platform until you have reliable transportation again. You will need to provide documentation that your vehicle is operable before we can reactivate your account. If you cannot provide documentation, you may receive a 1 star cancellation review or be removed from the platform.
