If you're having car trouble and are unable to make it to an appointment, please do the following:
- Contact the customer by text/call, apologize, and ask them if the cleaning is an emergency. If it isn't, ask them if they would like to reschedule. If it is, ask them to reach out to Hux Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cancel your appointment through your Hux account. For the cancellation process, refer to this article: What happens if I cannot make it to a scheduled cleaning?
- Contact Support at email@example.com and explain the situation. When applicable, please send pictures of damage or receipt of repair to Support for confirmation.
NOTE: You will be temporarily removed from the platform until you have reliable transportation again. You will need to provide documentation that your vehicle is operable before we can reactivate your account. If you cannot provide documentation, you may receive a Cancellation Review or removal from the platform.
