We understand sometimes you may be working through less than ideal working conditions (clutter, pets, etc.). If you encounter issues that may extend the appointment length, set the customer's expectations by reaching out to let them know why you feel the appointment will need more time. If you're able, walk through the home with the customer to point these spots out.
