The customer is responsible for parking fees. Customers are encouraged to leave a note including where to park on the appointment. If parking instructions are unclear, please ask your customer for clarification on appropriate areas to leave your vehicle. Whenever possible, park in a spot labeled for visitors.
If you paid for parking, customers must reimburse you either in cash or via the "Tip" feature through their Hux account.
This policy regards reimbursement for garage or metered parking. If you park in an un-authorized area resulting in a boot or towing of your vehicle, you are responsible.
