Please notify your customer and Hux Support as soon as possible.
If you damage an item, the customer expects you to replace it. Hux Support will follow up with the customer to resolve the issue. You are 100% responsible for smaller claims under $100. For bigger claims over $100, the Hux team will cover 50% of the cost.
Note: Damage claims can take up to two weeks to resolve, and support may reach out to you via phone call during this time, so please be responsive during that time.
