If you'd like to book more recurring customers, we recommend the following:
- Have a positive attitude, and be genuine
- Communicate frequently (text/call if you're running late, notify them if you will need to reschedule, etc.)
- Have open availability
- Do a walk-through with your customers (before and after)
- Stay the entirety of the allotted appointment time
- Ask the customer how you can improve
Ask your customer if they are interested in scheduling you for recurring cleanings. If they are, refer them to Hux.com/recurring.
When a customer signs up for recurring appointments with you, you will receive a text message notification with their name and appointment frequency. Please notify support if you are NOT interested in recurring appointments with regular customers.
