No - stealing customers or requesting payment outside of the platform is a violation of your Hux contract.
When an appointment doesn't take place on the Hux platform, a number of issues occur:
- There is no guarantee you will be paid when you go off the platform
- The appointment is not bonded & insured
- You expose yourself to liability if something goes wrong during the appointment
If it is reported that you are stealing customers or your rebooking rate falls too low, you will receive one warning. If it happens again, you will be permanently removed from the platform.
