If you arrive at an appointment, and the customer is not there, hasn't left a key, or is non-responsive via text or phone call, you have the option to leave. To collect your no-show fee you must:
- Wait at least 30 minutes.
- Attempt to contact the customer at least once using the contact phone number given on the appointment page.
- Contact support at email@example.com so that they can mark the appointment as a no-show and pay out your fee to you.
