If something is damaged during your cleaning, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of your appointment.
Please include a picture of the damage and description of how the damage occurred in your message. We will investigate the incident by reviewing the pictures and talking to the provider in question.
For a damage claim to be approved, we must determine that the provider caused the damage due to overt negligence that would not have been caused by another service provider, Hux or otherwise.
The maximum monetary reimbursement provided by Hux is $1,000.00 USD.
