You have 24 hours to accept, suggest an alternate time or decline a request before it expires.
Accept or decline the request
If you accept, you and the customer will receive a booking confirmation. If you decline, the customer will be notified and the booking request will be removed. While there is no penalty for declining a request, not responding to requests may decrease your chances of getting booked.
Suggest an alternate date/time
It's always best to accept the time the customer is requesting. If you can't accommodate the request you must contact the customer directly and confirm an alternate time.
