You have 24 hours to accept, suggest an alternate time or decline a reservation request before it expires.
Accept or decline the reservation
If you accept, you and the customer will receive a booking confirmation. If you decline, the customer will be notified and the booking request will be removed. While there is no penalty for declining a request, not responding to requests may decrease your chances of getting booked.
Suggest an alternate date/time
It's always best to accept the time the customer is requesting. If you can't accommodate the request you must contact the customer directly and confirm an alternate time. Failure to consult with the customer before choosing an alternate time will result in a 1-star review.
