You will be charged $50 if your provider arrives at your appointment and cannot complete the job for reasons including lack of communication, wrong address, no parking, change of mind (turning the service provider away), not listing a pet (for providers who are not pet-friendly), home condition exceeding a Hux standard cleaning, or the presence of Hux exclusions ( for example deep cleaning, excessive clutter, biohazardous materials present).
This policy is only to protect providers on our platform and ease the loss of income. The fee you are charged goes to the service provider.
